Warren, RI Michael Alves and Robert Fox of the Elite Group at KW Commercial sold 632 Metacom Ave. on behalf of the sellers, Oganes and Hnazant Tagessian. Elite Group also represented the buyer John Cardosi Jr.

The building is an 8,000 s/f  restaurant. The $1.23 million sale  included all the equipment, inventories, and liquor license.
