200 First Stamford Place - Stamford, CT

Elizabeth Arden, the pioneering global beauty, fragrance, cosmetics and skincare products company, will expand its headquarters at Malkin Properties' 200 First Stamford Place, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the three-building First Stamford Place office complex.
Elizabeth Arden maintains four headquarters facilities, with three in the U.S. and a fourth in Geneva, Switzerland.
A tenant at 200 First Stamford Place since 1995, the company will take an additional 3,424 s/f of office space on July 1, bringing its total occupancy to just over 53,000 s/f.
"From the start of our tenancy, we have been very impressed with the amenities, convenience to transportation and tenant services at First Stamford Place," said James Cantela, VP of design and construction with Elizabeth Arden. "Malkin Properties has a proven ability to cater to its tenants' evolving space needs, so we knew that we were in good hands when it came time to grow within the office complex."
"Companies of international renown, such as Elizabeth Arden, enhance Malkin Properties' prestigious tenant roster," said Newman. "We maintain the highest standards of building management and service in an effort to attract and retain tenants of this caliber on a consistent basis. So when these types of companies seek additional space, we're more than happy to aid them in their expansions."
Newman, senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Mike Gordon and Joe Cabrera of Cushman & Wakefield.
Malkin Properties is the real estate management, marketing and acquisition arm of the Malkin family, which has commercial, retail and residential operations in 15 states.
