Elliot & Co. president and principal Elliot Ravech represented landlord CMI Property in the negotiation for the long-term lease, which brings the retail center at 800-810 Providence Highway to full occupancy.
The Dedham store is the fifth Mass. location for Harrows Chicken Pies, which opened in Reading in the 1930s and recently has expanded to Medford, Tewksbury and Saugus. James Gattuso of Mayflower Realty Group represented Harrows in the transaction.
