Elliot & Co. LLC has brokered a 9,000 s/f lease to Urgent Care at 1210 Providence Hwy. Urgent Care is a medical practice providing prompt treatment of all non-life-threatening acute injuries and illnesses for patients of all ages on a walk-in basis. Urgent Care's lease brings 100% occupancy to the 45,000 s/f building known as Petco Plaza located at the intersection of Rte. 1/Providence Hwy. and Morse St. The location offers quick access to I-95 and Rte. 128 with proximity to Boston and Providence. Other tenants include Petco, Outback Steakhouse, Landry's Bicycles, Santucci's New York Style Pizza and Spa Bellissimo.
