(Rte. 1 southbound), Norwood Park South Shopping Center is a 22,000 s/f retail center that is owned by Norwood Park Realty Corp. Dennis Nolti of Elliot & Co., which serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, was the sole broker in the transaction.
