Elliot & Company leases 2,000 s/f at Norwood Park South Shopping Center

Elliot & Co. LLC has brokered a 2,000 s/f retail lease at Norwood Park South Shopping Center. Located at 1325-1345 Providence Hwy. (Rte. 1 southbound), Norwood Park South Shopping Center is a 22,000 s/f retail center that is owned by Norwood Park Realty Corp. Dennis Nolti of Elliot & Co., which serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, was the sole broker in the transaction. Knockouts, a sports themed men's hair care and grooming salon, joins other tenants, including TGIF, FedEx, Leslie's Pool, Sprint and Siam Lotus.
