Raynham, MA Ellis Realty Advisors has leased 19,000 s/f of retail, mixed-use, and office space at Raynham Depot, located at 770 Bdwy. New tenants moving into the plaza this fall include Nalix Nail Salon, Dance Theater of New England, and Viabella Greeting Cards. These new tenants bring the property to stabilization and contribute to the growing momentum of revitalizing the plaza.

Tuccio Properties Group and Deer Hill Capital purchased Raynham Depot in April. Since the closing, Andrew Tuccio of Tuccio Properties Group said, “The leasing activity generated by Ellis Realty highlights the team’s commitment to the plaza and their deep market knowledge. They have executed at a high level for ownership within a short time frame and are aligned with the long-term vision for the plaza.”
