Ellis Realty Management adds to management
portfolio with 95,000 s/f of new commercial space

Norwell, MA Spring has proven to be a period of significant growth for the Ellis Realty Management team, as they inspected and onboarded over 95,000 s/f of new commercial space across five properties throughout the South Shore including Braintree, Norwell, Whitman, Raynham, and Scituate. This expansion represents a significant milestone, cementing Ellis Realty Management’s standing as a premier property management firm in the South Shore.

Lee-Anne Roman, assistant property manager at Ellis Realty Management, said, “It’s been a whirlwind of a spring. We’ve prioritized ensuring a seamless transition for our new tenants, guiding them through our tech stack for rent payments, maintenance requests, and understanding the tenant’s and owner’s unique needs and preferences for their properties.”

Since its inception in 2021, the Ellis Realty Management team has consistently grown its portfolio, paralleled by an expansion in its workforce. Notably, the addition of Dennis Patnaude as director of development, construction and management in 2023 underscores the company’s commitment to providing clients with a full array of commercial solutions.

Presently, the advisors team is leasing 306 Washington St. in Norwell, a recent addition to Ellis Realty Management’s portfolio, offering approximately 4,000 s/f of prime retail and office space. The team is also leasing space at Raynham Depot, located at 770 Broadway in Raynham, a retail plaza offering a variety of spaces ranging from 914 s/f to 8,800 s/f.
