With over 20 years of residential, commercial and investment experience principal broker Mark Roy along with partners Newton Kershaw III and David Schleyer have formed Elm Grove Realty, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and development firm.
Leading the firm as president and principal broker will be Roy, former city of Manchester alderman and current N.H. CIBOR and GMNBR member.
Elm Grove Rlty. joins Elm Grove Property Management in the growth of Elm Grove Cos. According to Roy, Elm Grove Realty will focus on being a full service real estate company. Roy plans to add 10-15 agents and have offices covering all of southern/ central New Hampshire by the spring of 2012.
Along with traditional residential and commercial listings Elm Grove Realty will specialize in marketing multi-family portfolio listings to a wide scope of investors/buyers.
