Erland building 36,000 s/f learning center at The Pike School

November 19, 2007 - Spotlights
In June The Pike School and Erland Construction broke ground for the new 36,000 s/f creative learning center. Teaming with CBT Architects, Erland plans to finish the project in September 2008. This is the third collaboration between Erland and CBT.
The independent coeducational day school selected Erland as construction manager for their new project to capitalize on Erland's experience working on active academic campuses and extensive portfolio of arts center projects.
The project includes renovations to classroom space and the existing arts center and the addition of a new 280-seat theater with high-end finishes, like book matched interior wood. The new building will also serve as a connector to two existing buildings on campus.
