Everest, Blaisdell and Fisher of Nordlund Associates negotiate $2.81 million

Peabody, MA Chris Everest, Tom Blaisdell, and Jack Fisher of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 150 Main Street, a 24,480 s/f retail plaza located in downtown. The property, set on 1 acre, sold for $2,817,500.
