Everest of Nordlund Associates negotiates $7.4 million sale

Plymouth, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 165 Samoset St., a 13,821 s/f Walgreens located off of Rte. 3. The property, set on 1.6 acres, sold for $7.4 million. Everest represented the buyer, 55 Cherry Hill, LLC, while Todd Tremblay of Horvath and Tremblay in Lynnfield represented the seller, AJT Route 44, LLC.
