Providence, RI Matt Fair, a senior vice president at Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry, handled the sale of the historic office building at 301 Friendship St. for $765,000.  

The 6,100 s/f, two story building is a renovated brick and beam office  building which includes 25 on-site parking spaces.

According to Fair, “301 Friendship St. is one of the best single-tenant buildings of its size in the Providence market. The on-site parking, highway access and historic charm make it an extremely unique property.”  

The property purchase was exclusively facilitated by Fair.
