The building is a standalone commercial condominium building in the Metacomet Executive Office Park. The park is home to many of the area's medical providers and is a host of other professional services firms. The seller, Mortgage Guarantee & Title Co., purchased the building in 1990 and has used the facility for its office use. The new owner, Consolidated Holdings, LLC, plans to move into the building and use it for its own business operations. Matt Fair, a broker with Hayes & Sherry, represented the seller.
