Faulkner of Bean Group leases 3,000 s/f
Portsmouth Book & Bar has leased 3,000 s/f of retail space on the first floor of the Customs House Building at 40 Pleasant St. Portsmouth Book and Bar anticipates a September opening as a bookstore cafe with an old-world ambience.
Janet Faulkner of Bean Group Commercial represented Portsmouth Book and Bar in this transaction. Arthur Pappas of Prudential Verani represented the landlord.

Medford, MA Wyzer Biosciences will relocate next month from 85 Bolton St. in Cambridge to Cummings Properties’ Boston Ave. innovation campus. The firm’s new headquarters encompasses 5,800 s/f of administrative and laboratory space. Founded in Cambridge in 2011, Wyzer provides customized, end-to-end DNA sequencing and preparation services for the biopharma, biotech, and academic research sectors.
