Faulkner of Bean Group leases 3,000 s/f
Portsmouth Book & Bar has leased 3,000 s/f of retail space on the first floor of the Customs House Building at 40 Pleasant St. Portsmouth Book and Bar anticipates a September opening as a bookstore cafe with an old-world ambience.
Janet Faulkner of Bean Group Commercial represented Portsmouth Book and Bar in this transaction. Arthur Pappas of Prudential Verani represented the landlord.
