Faye of Capital Commercial Real Estate brokers $5.125 million sale

Ellen Faye, broker associate of Capital Commercial Real Estate brokered the $5.125 million sale of 1665-1675 VFW Pkwy. The property is comprised of 5.7 acres with 28,836 s/f of retail space. Tenants include Pet Supplies Plus, Town Fair Tire and Bank of America. Faye represented the seller, Heather Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, RK Centers of Dedham, Mass. According to Faye, "This asset is a high visibility retail center located in a busy trade area on Rte. 1 with tremendous population density near Legacy Place." Interest in the asset was strong due to the tenant roster and location. Ultimately, it was an ideal acquisition for RK Centers due to its close proximity to RK Centers corporate headquarters, adding to their extensive portfolio of over 7 million s/f of commercial space and shopping centers throughout New England and Florida.
