Feldhouse of Simon Property Group promoted

Simon Property Group Inc. has promoted Justin Feldhouse to position of mall manager of Mall at Chestnut Hill. In his role as mall manager, Feldhouse will manage day-to-day operations at Mall at Chestnut Hill, create and implement annual operating budgets, and manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, marketing, guest services and leasing of the properties. Feldhouse has been employed with Simon Property Group for 12 years and has held several management positions. "We selected Justin to fill this integral and demanding position due to his proven management skills and experience, and also because of the enthusiasm he brings to his job each day," said Brian Jenkins, regional vice president for the New England region of Simon Property Group.
