Boston based commercial development and investment company Finard Properties, has named CBRE-Grossman Retail Advisors exclusive leasing agent for the retail, restaurant and entertainment component of the proposed Mohegan Sun Massachusetts destination resort casino. The 300,000 s/f retail and lifestyle complex will be comprised of retail stores, fine dining and casual restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment facilities.
