Fini Real Estate Group sells 14,706 s/f Nashua Bank headquarters: Sold to Martins Management Associates by BRM Real Estate Holdings
Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. completed the sale of 188 Main St., the headquarters of the Nashua Bank. This landmark property, also known as Elliott Plaza, consists of 14,706 s/f in the downtown financial district.
Fini represented the seller, BRM Real Estate Holdings, LLC and assisted the buyer, Martins Management Associates, Inc. According to registry records, the property was sold for $1.195 million.
