Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. sold the Tractor Supply-Family Dollar property located at 901 Rte. 16, consisting of a 27,097 s/f building with 15,000 s/f outdoor sales area on a 4.66 acre tract. Tractor Supply is one of the largest retail farm and ranch stores in the U.S. with over 1,001 locations in 44 states. Family Dollar is one of the fastest growing discount chains in the U.S. with 6,500 locations. Tom Fini facilitated the transaction between the buyer, Cantrell Investments, LLC and the seller, Hutton Partners, LLC of Chattanooga. According to the Registry of Records, the property sold for $4,274,327.
