Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of three of the five buildings that comprise The Hollis Village Marketplace.The center is anchored by Harvest Market, Edward Jones, and the Hollis Academy of Children. The 26,266 s/f shopping plaza was developed on a 12 acre tract, situated in the retail district. The Nashua Bank provided financing to the buyer. Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the seller, Mapo Associates and Brad Vear of Vear Commercial Properties assisted the buyer, Phoenix Lane, LLC. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.965 million.
