Ridgefield Fuel Associates Inc. signed a 10-year lease for a gasoline station with a C-store located at 115 Danbury Rd. The total value of the lease was in excess of $2.3 million. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate Inc. represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
The 5,580 s/f building on .58 acres, located on a corner at the entrance to Copps Hill Plaza in the heart of Ridgefields retail district, will be renovated with an additional leasable tenant space created.
