Fischer Real Estate negotiates 5,580 s/f lease

Ridgefield Fuel Associates Inc. signed a 10-year lease for a gasoline station with a C-store located at 115 Danbury Rd. The total value of the lease was in excess of $2.3 million. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate Inc. represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. The 5,580 s/f building on .58 acres, located on a corner at the entrance to Copps Hill Plaza in the heart of Ridgefields retail district, will be renovated with an additional leasable tenant space created.

Shelton, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Nadler and Jack Laurendeau of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Trader Joe’s. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and brought the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7,882,639 which represents a 4.95% Cap Rate.
