Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group negotiated the sale of 6 commercial properties and 3 commercial lease extensions on Warren Ave.
"Warren Ave. offers visibility for business owners with access to both I-295 and I-95. Additionally, this route funnels directly into the Portland and Westbrook business districts. The increase in closing transactions in this location indicates the Greater Portland commercial real estate market is strengthening", said Fishman.
Fishman brokered the sale of 314 Warren Ave. acting as seller representative. The owner, SB Properties of Portland, sold this 4,132 s/f investment property to Alpine Realty Group.
SB Props., represented by Fishman, also sold 233 Warren Ave., a building lot and garage. This location has preliminary approvals for a 2,300 s/f retail flex building with frontage on Warren Ave. and Hicks St. This property is in the B-4 Commercial Business Zone.

Fishman facilitated the sale of 320-324 Warren Ave. as a seller representative. Castle Rock Investments, LLC purchased this 8,277 s/f retail/service building and single family house from SB Props. The two properties are comprised of multi tenanted space and feature a several overhead doors and service bays.
Fishman negotiated the 3 lease renewals on behalf of the buyer Castle Rock Investments, LLC at 324 Warren Ave.
