Fishman Realty Group leases 8,600 s/f to Atlantic Limo and 1,500 s/f to Life's Big Events

Fishman Realty Group leased 8,600 s/f of warehouse space at 942 Main St., Permathane Building. The lease was negotiated on behalf of the buildings owner, Storage Realty Corp., by Lee Nelsen of Fishman Realty. Gary Lamberth, also of Fishman represented the the new tenant, Atlantic Limousine. Life's Big Events of Scarborough has leased 1,500 s/f at 87 Mussey Rd. from Mussey Road Properties LLC. Lamberth represented the tenant and Jerry Applebee of Applebee Commercial represented the landlords.
