Fishman Realty leases 4,100 s/f to Portland Pie Co.

Fishman Realty Group has leased 4,100 s/f of space to Portland Pie Company on 786 Elm St. at the intersection of Merrimack St. and adjacent to Veterans Memorial Park. This is the restaurant's fourth location. Other locations are in Portland, Scarborough and Westbrook, Maine. The pizzeria offers pub and a family-friendly dining room. The new Portland Pie location has created 50 new jobs. Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group in Portland represented Portland Pie Co. in the transaction.
