Fleischman of The Geenty Group leases 3,447 s/f to ID Brazil Restaurant

David Fleischman of The Geenty Group, Realtors, leased 3,447 s/f at 241 Elm St. The tenant is ID Brazil Restaurant and Churrascaria, a new dining alternative specializing in "chorrasco" (Brazilian BBQ) and a variety of other meats. They offer a salad bar and hot food buffet as well as a variety of side dishes plus a full bar. Alvaro Chavez is the principal for ID Brazil Restaurant, LLC. This was the former site of Lucibello's/Giovanni's restaurant. The landlord is PLLM Property, LLC. David Fleischman was the sole agent in the transaction.

Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
