Fleisher of Shanley Realtors sells Kline's Furniture building - $3m

Andy Fleisher of Shanley Realtors sold Kline's Furniture Company at 51 Islington St. The transaction transfers ownership of the land and 36,000 s/f building. Fleisher, represented the owners, Lenny and Roberta Baer, plus sons Billy and Randy, worked with Barbara Theodore of Olde Port Properties and new owner Steve Kelm. Fleisher said that with the combination of a 30,000 s/f lot and the 2.5 story building, give the new owners many options. "Given its close proximity to downtown Portsmouth all commercial enterprises coupled with residential housing are a realistic option." The selling price, including land and building, was $3 million.
