Andy Fleisher, CCIM, of Shanley Realtors, LLC sold an industrial/office investment property on Rte. 125. The building, currently the home of Bayside Distributors, Inc., is a 2-story structure that includes 47,000 s/f of warehouse and office space.
The seller, Cutter Family Properties Limited Partnership was represented by broker Dave Garvey of Garvey and Company Ltd. The buyer, Sarnia Seacoast, LLC, was represented by Fleisher.
The selling price of $2.45 million includes over 8.02 acres plus the building.
Bayside Distributing, Inc., a regional beer distributor, leases the property and will be staying in the building.
Fleisher handled all the preparation, organization and execution for the buyer in this transaction including assisting the buyer in analyzing the income and expenses for the property, as well as dealing with some potential environmental concerns with the property.
