The Maine Commercial Board of Realtors has named Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty as their Realtor of the Year. The board has over 250 members statewide who practice commercial brokerage.
Fletcher is actively involved in the local community having served as a director of Western Maine Transportation, the Lewiston-Auburn Landlords Association, and Martindale Country Club. He is a member of the Maine Real Estate Development Association and is a director of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors.
'We are very proud that Kevin is the 2007 Maine Commercial Realtor of the Year," said Sharon Millett, owner of Millett Realty.
Fletcher was recognized at the Maine Association of Realtors convention in September in Bar Harbor.
