Flynn Const. completes 14,500 s/f addition for Hendrix Wire & Cable

Flynn Construction Corp. expanded Hendrix Wire & Cable's operations at 53 Old Wilton Rd. Construction of the 14,500 s/f manufacturing addition was completed in January. The project cost was $830,000. Energy conscience improvements were integrated conforming with "Green Building" criteria, including high R-value insulation system, a "Cool" roof to reflect sunlight and reduce solar heat gain and ground water recharge system. The project engineer of record was Arthur Rose Sr., PE.
