Warwick, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold 335E Centerville Rd., building 5 for $540,000.

The buyer was represented by Aaron Bishop of CRESA Properties.

The building is a four-unit office building containing 5,000 s/f located on a 33,000 s/f lot, and is occupied by the seller, 335 Centerville Rd., LLC.

The buyer, Building Engineering Resources, will continue to incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices to each of their projects. They will occupy two units of the building and lease out the remaining two.
