Foncellino Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial leases 3,000 s/f to Bushido
Cumberland, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased 121 Mendon Rd., a 3,000 s/f retail stand-alone building. The landlord is Strezsak Realty Trust and the tenant is Bushido Martial Arts.
The building is across the street from a McDonalds and Stop & Shop Supermarket.
The new tenant, Bushido Martial Arts & Fitness’ instructors are part of the “Sullivan’s American Kenpo Karate” and all are third-degree black belts or higher. Bushido will utilize both floors of the building and will install rubber mats for flooring and equipment.
The building has been renovated with new electric, HVAC, and plumbing. The lower level has humidity control systems installed.
