Food Truck Wednesdays launches at The Arsenal Project

The Arsenal Project stated that popular Boston-area food trucks will be rolling into the center's parking lot this spring, summer, and fall. Food Truck Wednesdays at the Arsenal Project launched on May 21st and the trucks will offer a variety of food during lunchtime, providing a convenient and delicious option for those living and working in the community. "Our ultimate goal is for the community to enjoy local shops, restaurants, cultural venues, and easy access to the Charles River Reservation," said William McQuillan, president of Boylston Properties, co-developer of the Arsenal Project. "With the addition of food trucks, we will be bringing local offices, businesses and community members something unique that is not offered in the area." Food trucks will be in the front Arsenal Project parking lot from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. every Wednesday. The series runs from May 21st through October 29th. Participating trucks include: * The Chubby Chickpea Mobile - Middle Eastern inspired cuisine * Fugu - A new food truck offering a unique twist on traditional Asian cuisine * Roxy's Grilled Cheese - Gourmet grill cheese sandwiches and comfort food * Frozen Hoagies - Homemade ice cream sandwiches with a variety of cookies and ice cream flavors.
