9,650 s/f was leased to the Dollar General, which currently has retail locations in Bristol, Waterbury, West Haven, Hamden, Milford and in Torrington, and will soon be opening their doors for business at the newly renovated storefront at 750 Newfield St. The Dollar General strives to improve their community by offering value on quality products and providing great customer service in all of their locations.
Also recently leased was 10,000 s/f of industrial showroom space located in the rear of the building to MHQ Municipal Vehicles. MHQ, headquartered in Marlborough, Mass., has been in business for 34 years and is established as a regional upfitter of municipal vehicles for police, fire, DPW, construction, and college/universities. They sell, upfit and service all emergency vehicles.
