Foreman of Press|Cuozzo completes three office condominium sales

60 Washington Avenue - Hamden, CT

Hamden, CT Mark Foreman of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed the sale of three professional/medical office condominium units at 60 Washington Ave., totaling 4,584 s/f in sales and a combined transaction value of $400,000.

The three transactions involved Units 103, 102 and 304 within the professional/medical office condominium complex.

Unit 103 consists of 943 s/f and features one bathroom, one parking space in the building’s parking garage and one storage unit. The unit was in excellent condition and sold for $95,000.

Unit 102 contains 1,234 s/f with one bathroom, two parking spaces in the parking garage and one storage unit. The unit was sold for $100,000.

Unit 304, the largest of the three transactions, offered 2,407 s/f, two bathrooms and two parking spaces in the parking garage. The unit sold for $205,000.

Together, the three sales represent 4,584 s/f of professional/medical office space and demonstrate continued demand for well-located, owner-user office condominiums in the local market.

“Completing three separate transactions within the same office condominium complex is a great example of the opportunities that exist for both buyers and sellers of professional and medical office properties,” said Foreman. “These properties offer owner-users the opportunity to control their occupancy costs while building equity in their real estate.”
