Fradkoff of Angel Commercial sells 6,380 s/f for $1 million

Bridgeport, CT Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the sale of a commercial property located at 4086-4108 Main St., for $1 million. 

The 6,380 s/f retail strip center on .47 acres is anchored by Luigi’s Italian Pastries.  The property was owned by Applebaum Schneider and sold to a private investor. 

“It is a great commercial real estate investment,” said Fradkoff who represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. “It is a fully leased strip center that is easily accessible and conveniently located.”

Sullivan & Sullivan brings 14 Class A office condos to auction

Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond. The combined offering totals 21,083 s/f with 14 individual units ranging in size from roughly 4,063 s/f to 485 s/f within two interconnected buildings. The space is approved for medical, professional office, and general office, among other uses.
