Franklin Savings Bank elects three new corporators

Franklin, NH According to Ron Magoon, president & CEO of Franklin Savings Bank, three new corporators were elected at the bank’s Annual Meeting of Corporators to Franklin Bancorp, MHC, a mutual holding company and parent corporation of Franklin Savings Bank.

The newly elected corporators are Scott Davis, Kimberly Edwards and Kyle Matzke. Davis is the funeral director at William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home located in Tilton.  Edwards is a CPA and the owner of Edwards & Associates, CPA based in Northfield.  Matzke is the former administrator/owner of The Golden Crest, an assisted living facility in Franklin.
