Franklin Savings Bank honors Havey, Glover and Offen

Franklin-Vision RecipientsFranklin, NH Franklin Savings Bank recognized three employees for their commitment to going “above and beyond” in their respective roles to earn its customers’ business. This year’s recipients of a Vision Award are Leisha Havey, Kathleen Glover and Anna Offen.

Havey, loan servicing specialist, was nominated for a Vision Award for her expertise and in-depth knowledge of the bank’s loan origination system, her accuracy and attention to detail, as well as her initiative to follow through. 

 Next, Glover is a personal banker at the bank’s main office downtown. She was selected for a Vision Award for her dedication to teamwork, respect and innovation. She has evolved into a dedicated team leader and understands that a team must work together to be successful. 

Offen, regional branch manager, was chosen for a Vision Award for her leadership abilities.  She teaches her staff what it means to work together to accomplish goals.  She celebrates her team’s successes as her own and helps them overcome challenges.
