Freudenheim Partners and Engel & Volkers
arrange $7.35m sale

Framingham, MA Freudenheim Partners negotiated the sale of 280 Worcester Rd. The 31,199 s/f single-story retail building was purchased for $7.35 million. Situated on Rte. 9, one of the city’s busiest shopping districts, 280 Worcester Rd. provides access from major highways, including the Mass Pike, making it a destination location. 

Leigh Freudenheim negotiated the sale of the building on behalf of the seller, Bosse Framingham Turf LLC, while Cindy Laughrea of Engel & Volkers represented the buyer, William Marsh Holdings LLC.
