Fugitt and Garza of Vidal/Wettenstein
sell 4,980 s/f retail

Waterbury, CT David Fugitt and Silvester Garza of Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the sale of a retail property at 779 Wolcott St.

The 4,980 s/f building is one-story on a .41-acre parcel and fully leased to Smoke Terminal.

The sale price was $880,000.

Vidal/Wettenstein represented the buyer, 25 Lois Street, LLC to satisfy a 1031 tax deferred transaction. Spencer O’Donnell of Charter Realty represented the seller.
