Fulcrum erects steel for 35,000 s/f medical office
Fulcrum Associates, Inc. has completed the steel erection for the new 35,000 s/f three story medical office building at 11 Washington Place. Fulcrum was selected by ASC Realty LLC to construct the building in June 2010 and construction on the project began in October.
Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England have consummated leases for ASC with occupancy of the new space expected for Spring 2011.
