Gajewski joins Realty Partners Northeast as sales associate

Beverly Farms, MA Brian Gajewski joined Realty Partners Northeast as a sales associate with a specific focus on retail and restaurant leasing and sales. Gajewski has been in a variety of food service related industries for the past ten years. He brings extensive experience in recognizing the value of good real estate and matching the property to a potential use to benefit the needs of his clients.

Gajewski was the co-founder of Boston Bagel Company, a quick service breakfast and lunch concept based out of South Boston. He has unique knowledge and understands how a restaurant operates, the strength of good real estate, and identifying specific retail marketing strategy to grow a concept. His targeted markets includes Boston and South Shore markets.

Gajewski recently divested his interest in Boston Bagel Company while continuing to maintain rights to franchise and grow the concept. As part of the RPN team he will be identifying potential franchisee’s and secure development territories for Boston Bagel throughout the state. Brian graduated from the Whittemore School of Business at The University of New Hampshire.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
