Galaxy Development has withdrawn its application to build a new supermarket with the Franklin Planning Board in an effort to redesign some aspects of the development and address some issues with neighbors. Galaxy Development has been pursuing the construction of a new state of the art Price Chopper building which will be LEED Certified - meeting a high level of environmental standards and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
