Galaxy Development works on two retail projects in Connecticut

Shopping Center - Southington, CT

Southington, CT Galaxy Development has plans to expand an 11,000 s/f shopping center at the signalized intersection of Queen St. and Loper St. The new plaza will be the same design as the existing plaza that includes Panera Bread, T-Mobile, AFC Urgent Care and Quest. The building will be 8,000 s/f and both end caps will have a patio in front. Space from 1,500 s/f and up will be available for lease.

Keystone Shoppes - Colchester, CT

In addition, Galaxy Development is adding a new 5,100 s/f building in front of Keystone Shoppes and Stop & Shop in Colchester, CT. Chipotle will be occupying a 2,400 s/f end cap with a pick up window. The design allows for an additional 2,700 s/f of retail space that can be demised to suit smaller tenants. The Rte. 16 location is immediately adjacent exits on and off from Rte. 2. Keystone Shoppes was developed by Galaxy 15 years ago and includes Advance Auto, Snap Fitness, HR Block, Select Physical Therapy, Trinity Solar, Goodwill and Edward Jones. The properties share a signal light access with Stop & Shop.
