Galton of Houlihan Lawrence completes sale
of multi-tenant retail building for $1.5m

Darien, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, one of the leading real estate firms serving New York City’s northern suburbs, has completed the sale of a 3,164 s/f retail building at 873 Boston Post Rd.

The buyer was represented by Kim Galton, director of retail of the commercial division, Houlihan Lawrence. The property is centrally located. 

The building sold for $1.5 million and the buyer will have the income that is generated from two tenants with long-term leases and solid local businesses.
