Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group completes $4.15 million sale
Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) completed the sale of 75 Bolton St. Ext. for $4.15 million.
Victor Galvani, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group represented both the seller, Yorkshire Realty Trust and the buyer, Arak II, LLC in this transaction.
75 Bolton St. Ext. is a 13,363 s/f retail building that is fully leased to Rite Aid Pharmacy. "75 Bolton Street Ext. is a great investment opportunity for an owner with minimal landlord obligations having the single tenant in-place for over 10 years on a NNN lease," said Galvani.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
