Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group completes $4.15 million sale

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) completed the sale of 75 Bolton St. Ext. for $4.15 million. Victor Galvani, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group represented both the seller, Yorkshire Realty Trust and the buyer, Arak II, LLC in this transaction. 75 Bolton St. Ext. is a 13,363 s/f retail building that is fully leased to Rite Aid Pharmacy. "75 Bolton Street Ext. is a great investment opportunity for an owner with minimal landlord obligations having the single tenant in-place for over 10 years on a NNN lease," said Galvani.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
