According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin leased 3,992 s/f at 50 Main St. to Fitness Club LLC which is moving from a Rte. 1 location.
Galvin represented the landlord, Lucien Grenon, and Penny Parker of William Raveis Real Estate of Old Saybrook repreented the tenant.
The lease is for a five year period.
