According to H. Pearce Commercial, the landmark building known as Vicky's Corner has been sold. Vicky's Corner was a long time favorite shoreline restaurant. Opening this spring is an American style restaurant and lounge with live entertainment.
H. Pearce's Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, completed the sale of Vicky's Corner, a 5,000 s/f restaurant building at 1320 Boston Post Rd. for $1.3 million.
Galvin represented the Mish Family in the sale.  Donahue Brothers, LLC, the buyers, were represented by attorney Tom Cronin of Madison.
