Gambaccini joins SVN as senior director of commercial brokerage

Bedford, NH Dave Gambaccini, CCIM, has joined the office of SVN as senior director of commercial brokerage. He joins Larry Pelletier, CCIM, managing director, in expanding SVN’s global commercial real estate network, part of SVN International Corp., offering access to all major markets and asset types focusing on advising investors with deploying capital intelligently through extensive underwriting, managing of existing assets and portfolios with the most up-to-date technological tools and executing sales strategies to maximize investor’s return objectives.

 Gambaccini, an 18-year native of New Hampshire, is an experienced sales and leasing advisor, as well as an owner and operator of several multifamily investments in the region since 2006. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, enabling him to provide a host of financial and commercial consulting services as well as satisfying local brokerage needs.

 Gambaccini’s work will be focused on helping buyers, sellers, owners, landlords and tenants navigate the complexities associated with commercial real estate. He is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as sitting on the boards of directors for the New England CCIM chapter and the New Hampshire Certified Investment Board of Realtors (NH CIBOR).

 Gambaccini’s community involvement includes serving on the Town of Bedford’s Conservation Commission, volunteering with FIRST Robotics and is a certified therapy dog handler, regularly bringing his therapy dog, Harvey, to the Bedford Village Morning School, Catholic Medical Center and Manchester Community College for student/patient therapy and reading programs.
