Gate Residential signs 3,200 s/f with Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory Fitness at West of Chestnut - Quincy, MAQuincy, MA Gate Residential has signed an agreement to bring Orangetheory Fitness to West of Chestnut.
The agreement adds yet another exciting addition to the premium urban lifestyle amenities at West of Chestnut – a 169-unit luxury apartment community located in the heart ofdowntown.
“We’re thrilled to announce that Orangetheory Fitness will be joining the great atmosphere and terrific amenities at West of Chestnut,” said Peter DeLuca, franchise owner for Orangetheory Fitness at West of Chestnut.
The new Orangetheory Fitness studio will open later this year in a 3,200 s/f space.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
