Gate Residential signs 5,000 s/f deal for Fuji WOC

Quincy, MA Gate Residential announced today it has signed a lease  with renowned Boston area restaurateur Jimmy Liang to open a 5,000 s/f Japanese fusion concept under the Fuji Group brand at West of Chestnut in downtown.

“I don’t think we could have found a better fit for our premium dining space than Jimmy Liang’s Fuji. Our retail and lifestyle pieces need to fit together in just the right way. This announcement demonstrates that the biggest piece is in place, with other exciting news to come,” said Kyle Warwick, a principal in Gate Residential – developer of West of Chestnut.

Horvath & Tremblay sells Starbucks in North Branford, CT for $2.519 million

North Branford, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Nadler, and Ryan O’Rourke of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a Starbucks in North Branford, Connecticut. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.519 million.
